Terrible waste of money
Stop!! Do not purchase.
The app advertised that it contained "lots of recipes".
There arent any recipes. None! Not a single one!
Do not spend your money. Everything they tell you is available through a Google search.
Disappointed
This app is very limited. All the calculator does is tell you how many carbs, proteins and fats you should have daily. It does not track your daily intake so you can adjust your meals! MyNetDiary is much superior to this app even though it is not for a ketogenic diet. It gives you percentages of fat/protein/carbs. You can scan barcodes and enter any food.
Crap
Save your dollar this app is total crap theres like 4 recipes and it tells you its okay to eat carbs on the weekend thats not a ketogenic diet. I want my dollar back u carrot snippers
Really like this app
After doing a lot of research on my own and trying to keep track of everything low carb that I find whether its recipes or just general information sometimes its hard to keep up with it all. There were no ratings on the app and it was free so I tried it out and was happy to see that everything I had already researched was on here with additional information. It is informative and helpful, I definitely plan on keeping this app!
Keto Diet- so glad I found this app!
I have been doing a low carb diet for quite some time but recently it stopped working for me. I know that being in ketosis is the only way that I can lose weight so I was so glad to find this app that provides a different approach to low carb than the atkins type plan I was on.
The App includes a Calculator to help you figure out and stick to your plan and also a huge informational section. The informational section includes an explanation of what the diet is and the science behind it, How to implement the diet. It also includes information about appropriate exercise which is something I was lacking.
There are several other sections that give you sample meals, info about alcohol and foods to avoid. My favorite though is the 50 snack food suggestions!
